Here is a book entitled “DEDICATION OF MONUMENT ERECTED BY THE STATE OF NEW YORK AT ANDERSONVILLE, GEORGIA 1914”. It is a great read. It has storage soiling and edge wear. The binding is loose but intact. It has some water damage at the top of the pages at the center (see pictures as they are part of the description). It has a notation by a former reader at the inside page “Read By= Walter Mullins (?) 1950. Reviewed again Feb. 1956.” On page 171 written in pencil “Note: some previous owner of this book has checked off 14th NY Artillery men. These should not be confused with 14th NY INFANTRY.”
Some pages are discolored and show some foxing. The report by Clara Barton and the details of Dorence Atwater will keep you spellbound. It is a heavy, hard cover book, 241 pages.
