Looks like model 1030 62 but not sure

Action not listed, I would say heavy
The tip guide has some tarnish, others are very nice as are the wraps
I believe it is fiberglass
Otherwise very good condition
I wipe off rods but they may need additional cleaning
I describe items as best as I can and will mention any issues if I see them
