Beautiful photo of a foggy morning with the statue in the back ground and the civil war cannon in the fore ground. The frame
measures 19" high and 23" wide.  The backing to the photo is wood.  The over all condition is in great condition.
The statue of Major General Winfield Scott Hancock was dedicated in 1896 by the State of Pennsylvania.
This would make a great gift for anyone that is a Civil War Buff.
