    Description

    very nice unrestored 100% original Vermont license plate.  1985 base, ex-prisoner of war sample (all zeros) issue.  12 x 6 inches; white legend debossed into reflective graphic background.  completely straight and flat with excellent original paint.  fresh out of the barn!  this does not appear to have been an issued type, at least per ALPCA archives, so it could be considered more a prototype than a sample.
