Thai/Sawankhalok Celadon Stoneware Jarlet 14th-15th c.

Description

Buff stoneware two handled jarlet with a band of striations above and below the bulbous mid-section; green celadon glaze stopping far short of the item's base. The base is flat with a slightly concave center. The item dates to the 14th-15thc from the Si Satchanalai kiln site.
The jar has one minuscule chip to the base.
Measures approximately 2.75" x 3".
