Argus muskie musky Fishing Rod

Argus muskie musky Fishing Rod. This vintage rod is just as i found it at a sale in the heart of nothern Wisconsin muskie country. Appears to.be 5 sided wood/bamboo? It looks like the top eyelet was rewrapped, and maybe the metal female end of the two piece connection was glued. I dont know much about these rods. I am a modern muskie fisherman, and now know why they call rods "pool cues". This is a chunk of wood. Would be a cool looking piece in a cabin.
