    Description

    Antique 'Western's Fine Tackle' Split Bamboo Fly Rod 8’-6”, for restoration, well worn. Probably mid thirties era when Dad fished the Housatonic River near Cornwall Bridge. Definitely for the restoration angler; it needs TLC. Down lock reel seat functions. Cork is intact just needs cleaning. Didn't even try to force the ferules. Three sections resulting in about 8'-6" length when assembled. Thanks for looking. Good luck if you bid. Couldn't toss it; there's a frugal fisherman out there willing to resurrect as a gift for a grandson or daughter, no doubt!
