this is perhaps a manual for Buddhist rituals and astrological calculations, an
antique manuscript on sa-paper / mulberry paper
after limited research we found some information,

if it is from Lan Na / Lanna,
Thailand, Siam, Laos, Burma, Indonesia or even from elswhere,
and the age,
by looking at the detailed pictures before bidding or buying
it might be a Lao language, f.e. the
Tai Lue, Tai Lu, Lanna, Di, Tai Tham, Tai Nuea, Tua Mueang, Dhamma script, old Mon script
it is on barkpaper cloth - mulberry paper / sa paper,
bound at the top, with a handwoven textile, hanging in front and back to protect the papers,
it has circa 11 double sided written cloths, making 22 or more pages.
the binding is dirty, but firm, the cloth paper inside is dirty, wrinkled, with some torns,
more to the back the condition of the cloth is not good anymore, it has become woolly,
