Optional front plate issued to celebrate the 400th Anniversary of Lake Champlain. Valid from July 1, 2008 until June 30, 2010. Measures approximately 6" X 12". Good used condition scuffs, scrapes, scratches, dents and other signs of use.
Significant scrapes on the blue at the lower left corner (see photo).
Does not lay flat.
