Complete new factory sealed 2005 GLOWING Ghost Pez dispenser with 2 packages of candy and "fun and games" inside with something else there on the paper.  .58 oz. (16.4g).  Vintage, sealed, never opened.

Vintage GLOWING ghost is so very cool.  I had it in my office and took some pictures and it was already glowing from the office light.  Wow!  Doesn't take much to make his head glow.  I'd use fresh candy if you were going to use it, but it's all factory sealed with a small tear about the size of an pencil eraser through the clear plastic from the factory.  Everything is sealed and new, never opened or used.
