    Photo is unique shot of Custer with a Confederate prisoner (named Lieutenant James Barroll Washington with his slave boy) taken during the Civil War. James Washington was the great-great-grandnephew of US President George Washington!!!  At this time Custer was a Captain. Photo was taken at the prisoner of war camp in Richmond after Washington was captured by the Union army at Seven Pines, Virginia on May 31, 1862.
